Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of implementation and documentation of the recruitment process for a vacant position, and in the case of employment in order to perform an employment agreement and also for the future recruitment pursuant to article 6 item 1 letters a), b) and c), in conjunction with article 9 item 2 letter a),b) and h) of the GDPR), and article 22 [1] of the Act of 26 June 1974 Labour Code.
Your personal data indicated in the Labour Code or in other specific laws (as per the requirements of the announcement) are processed based on the law and their usage is necessary to participate in recruitment process. Other personal data (such as Your image) are processed based on Your voluntary consent, which You expressed by sending us Your recruitment application and their submission does not affect the opportunity to participate in recruitment.
We may also process Your personal data included in the CV for the purpose of establishing, investigating or defending against claims if the claims relate to our recruitment. Till then, we will process Your personal data based on our legitimate interest, depending on instigating or defending against claims in proceedings before courts or state authorities.
In accordance with the GDPR, You are entitled to:
- access Your data and to receive a copy of them;
- rectify (correct) Your data;
- erase the data, limit the processing of the data (the so-called right to be forgotten);
- object to processing of the data; we will no longer process Your data for these purposes, except we can demonstrate that there are compelling legitimate grounds for us to do so in relation to Your data that prevails on Your interests, rights and freedoms, or that we need Your data to enable us to determine, pursue or defend against any claim, if necessary.

- withdraw consent to the processing of personal data, where processing by Dragon Services Sp. z o.o. of your personal data will be valid and legitimate for the period prior to the withdrawal of your consent.

The period of storage of personal data depends on their processing in order to:
- recruitment - throughout the recruitment process, not longer than 6 months. After this time, the personal data of the candidate regarding information about the recruitment will be processed during the expiration period for civil claims in order to allow Dragon Services to defend against any claims or to seek such claims if there is a risk of such claims being filed against or against Dragon Services; as a rule, it is not longer than 3 years from the end of the recruitment process. If the candidate agrees, the personal data of the candidate may be stored for use in further recruitment conducted by Dragon Services for a period of up to one year.
We do not transfer Your personal data outside of the European Economic Area. Your personal data will not be processed automatically and will not be subject to profiling.
Your personal data may be made available to other entities within the EEA entitled to receive them on the basis of applicable law, and also to data recipients in the meaning of the provisions on the protection of personal data, i.e. legal entities providing: postal, courier and IT services. Your data may also be transferred to third countries, based on specific legal regulations or personal data processing agreements.
Dane osobowe kandydata do pracy będą przetwarzane w celu wdrożenia i udokumentowania procesu rekrutacji na wolne stanowisko, w przypadku zatrudnienia w celu wykonania umowy o pracę, a także przyszłej rekrutacji zgodnie z artykułem 6 punkt 1 litera a) b) i c) w związku z art. 9 ust. 2 lit. a), b) i h) RODO oraz art. 22 [1] ustawy z dnia 26 czerwca 1974 r. Kodeks pracy.
Dane osobowe wskazane w Kodeksie pracy lub w innych konkretnych przepisach są przetwarzane na podstawie prawa, a ich wykorzystanie jest niezbędne do wzięcia udziału w procesie rekrutacji. Inne dane osobowe (takie jak wizerunek utrwalony na zdjęciu) są przetwarzane na podstawie dobrowolnej zgody Użytkownika, wyrażonej wraz z wysłaniem do nas CV i ich złożenie nie ma wpływu na możliwość wzięcia udziału w procesie rekrutacji.
Możemy również przetwarzać dane osobowe zawarte w CV w celu ustalenia, zbadania lub obrony przed roszczeniami, jeśli roszczenia dotyczą naszej rekrutacji. Do tego czasu będziemy przetwarzać Twoje dane osobowe w oparciu o nasz uzasadniony interes, w zależności od podżegania lub obrony przed roszczeniami w postępowaniu przed sądami lub organami państwowymi.
Zgodnie z RODO, Użytkownik ma prawo do:
- uzyskania dostęp do swoich danych i otrzymania ich kopii;
- poprawienia swoich danych;
- usunięcia dane, ograniczenia przetwarzanie danych (tzw. prawo do bycia zapomnianym);
- sprzeciwu wobec przetwarzaniu danych; nie będziemy już przetwarzać danych w danych celach, z wyjątkiem sytuacji, w których możemy wykazać, że istnieją zasadne uzasadnione powody, aby to zrobić w odniesieniu do Twoich danych, które mają wpływ na Twoje zainteresowania, prawa i wolności, lub że potrzebujemy Twoich danych, aby umożliwić w celu ustalenia, wytoczenia lub obrony przed ewentualnymi roszczeniami.

Okres przechowywania danych osobowych zależy od ich przetwarzania w celu:
- rekrutacji – przez cały czas trwania procesu rekrutacji, nie dłużej niż 6 miesięcy. Po upływie tego czasu dane osobowe kandydata będą przetwarzane przez okres przedawnienia roszczeń cywilnoprawnych w celu umożliwienia Dragon Services obrony przed ewentualnymi roszczeniami lub dochodzenia takich roszczeń, jeżeli zaistnieje ryzyko wysunięcia takich roszczeń przez lub w stosunku do Dragon Services; co do zasady jest to okres nie dłuższy niż 3 lata od momentu zakończenia procesu rekrutacyjnego. W przypadku udzielenia przez kandydata stosownej zgody, dane osobowe kandydata mogą być przechowywane dla celów wykorzystania ich w dalszych rekrutacjach prowadzonych przez Dragon Services przez czas wynoszący do 1 roku;
Nie przekazujemy danych osobowych poza Europejski Obszar Gospodarczy. Dane osobowe mogą zostać udostępnione innym podmiotom w EOG uprawnionym do ich otrzymywania na podstawie obowiązującego prawa, a także podmiotom upoważnionym do przetwarzania danych w rozumieniu przepisów o ochronie danych osobowych, tj. podmiotach świadczących usługi pocztowe, kurierskie IT. Dane osobowe mogą również zostać przekazane państwom trzecim w oparciu o konkretne regulacje prawne lub umowy dotyczące przetwarzania danych osobowych. Dane osobowe nie będą przetwarzane automatycznie i nie będą podlegały profilowaniu.
